Fresh Start for a Familiar Site Across from the Bayshore Community Centre

The City of Owen Sound is pleased to announce that a building permit has been issued for the Bayshore Terrace development, located at the partially constructed site directly across from the Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Centre.

This project marks the restart of a previously stalled development and represents an exciting step forward for the community. The new building will feature 30 life-lease residential units in a 4-storey structure. Some preliminary repair work has already begun on the existing structure, and full construction is expected to begin soon.

The resumption of work at the Bayshore Terrace by R. Graham Construction is very welcome news as it marks meaningful progress at a long-dormant property and a positive step for the surrounding neighbourhood.
