Property Standards Appeals

In order to appeal a Property Standards Order you may submit an appeal to the Property Standards Committee by sending a Notice of Appeal form with the $200 appeal fee by attending City Hall in person or by mail to:

The notice form and fee must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of receiving a Property Standards Order. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, debit, or credit card.
