Tennis/Pickleball Courts at Harrison Park

Update August 5, 2026

The tennis/pickleball court surface at Harrison Park has some defects that render the courts unusable at this time. Staff are currently working through repair options. 

In the interim, courts at Owen Sound District Secondary School (750 9th Street W) are available from dawn until dusk during the summer months. 

Boat Launches

The City of Owen Sound has two public boat launches available for use, one on the East side and the other on the West. 

 

East Launch: 1900 3rd Ave 

West Launch: 1455 1st Ave W

           

Both the East and West boat launches include amenities, extensive trailer parking, washrooms, and access to waterfront trails. Both locations are within walking distance to Owen Sound's River District. 

Both boat launches are municipally owned, and are operated by the Experience Grey Bruce Corporation. 

 

2026 East and West Boat Launch Pass Rates

Boat launch passes are available for both locations, and can be easily purchased online. 

Daily Season Pass
$12.39 plus HST ($14 total cost) $111.50 plus HST ($126 total cost)
