To ensure you are staying at a licensed short-term rental, please check our Short-Term Rental Registry. When you book at a licensed short-term rental, you will receive a Visitor Information Package from the operator. This package includes helpful information specific to your STR location.

As part of our ongoing commitment to the community, we conducted a one-year review of the STR licensing program and greatly appreciate all of the input from our community.
Survey Highlights
75% of respondents stated they had never been disrupted by a Short Term Rental
90% of respondents were not Short Term Rental owners or operators
68% of respondents believe that Short Term Rentals should continue to be regulated/licensed by the City
