City Launches New Online Option to Report By-law Concerns

The City of Owen Sound is pleased to announce the launch of the Cloudpermit By-law Enforcement Portal. Cloudpermit is designed to streamline community development and government services. The By-law Enforcement Portal enables residents to conveniently and easily report by-law concerns and make online payments. 

Here are some key features and benefits of the Cloudpermit By-law Enforcement Portal: 

• User-friendly interface to conveniently and easily report by-law concerns; 
• Greater efficiency for by-law officers in processing concerns; and
• Comprehensive reporting and insights for City staff to make informed decisions and prioritize areas of improvement relating to by-laws. 

Residents wanting to file by-law concerns can now submit them directly by using the Cloudpermit Portal.
