Notice of Intention to Consider Disposing of Municipal Property

Please be advised that the Council of The Corporation of the City of Owen Sound intends to consider disposing of municipal property. There are two parcels under consideration.

Part 1:

• The subject lands are described as Part of Lane abutting Lots 105 and 106, Registered Plan 220, being Part 1 on Plan 16R12330, City of Owen Sound, County of Grey, Part of PIN 37052-0310 (LT).

Part 2:

• The subject lands are described as Part of Lane abutting Lots 105 and 106, Registered Plan 220, being Part 2 on Plan 16R 12330, City of Owen Sound, County of Grey, Part of PIN 37052-0310 (LT).

The method of disposition will be direct sale for both parcels.

Written comments will be considered at the Council meeting being held on May 25, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall or so soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. Written comments will be accepted until 4:30 p.m. on Friday, May 8, 2026, and may be submitted to Briana Bloomfield, City Clerk as follows:
