At the end of the First Week of Voting, 19% of Eligible Voters Have Cast Their Ballots

The City of Owen Sound is reminding eligible residents that this is the final weekend to cast a ballot in the 2026 Municipal and School Board Election. Vote 24 hours a day securely online or by telephone until 8 p.m. on Monday, October 26, 2026. As of 4:30PM today, 19% of eligible voters have cast their ballots.

Eligible voters who have not yet voted are encouraged to take time this weekend to participate in the Election and support our community. Don’t wait until the last opportunity to cast your ballot. Take your time when working through your ballot and ensure you review your choices before confirming. Once you have confirmed your vote, it cannot be changed.
