Mill & Pave 2025- On-Street Parking Restrictions
The City of Owen Sound will resurface twenty-two road segments in 2025. This work is scheduled to begin on Thursday, September 4, 2025. It includes adjusting of underground infrastructure, milling of existing pavement, paving with new hot mix asphalt, maintaining proper drainage, and installing new pavement markings.
This project is expected to take six to eight weeks to complete and will cause temporary disruptions to local traffic. Residents are asked to refrain from parking on the street during this time, as parked vehicles will restrict the crew’s ability to complete their work.
