Bruce Peninsula singer and keyboardist Bobby Dean Blackburn has been playing his unique brand of Blues and R&B since the 1950s. In recent years his career has experienced a resurgence with appearances at Owen Sound Homecoming, the Emancipation Celebration Festival, Collingwood Jazz Festival, and his regular Sunday performances at Sauble Dunes Restaurant. His 2010 CD release "Don't Ask Don't Tell" is giving music lovers everywhere the opportunity to discover the powerful and soulful Bobby Dean Blackburn sound. After Owen Sound's Canada Day, Bobby and sons have a busy July with appearances at the Montreal International Jazz Festival, Mont Tremblant International Jazz Festival, and Cisco Ottawa Bluesfest. www.bobbydeanblackburn.com

PARKING: The outside lanes of the Eddie Sargent Parkway will be closed on July 1st for public parking. Parking also available in the outer parking areas of Kelso Beach Park.
