River District Sidewalk Pressure Washing Taking Place Today & Tomorrow

The City of Owen Sound will be performing sidewalk pressure washing and street sweeping operations in the River District on Thursday, May 2, and Friday, May 3 starting at 4 a.m. each day.  

This cleanup work is being performed earlier than usual due to an event in the area this weekend.  Work will take place along the following streets: 

• 2nd Avenue East between 10th Street East & 8th Street East, both sides; 

• 9th Street East, east of 2nd Avenue East, both sides. 

We ask that residents not park overnight along the streets where pressure washing operations will occur and use Municipal Parking Lots #4 and #5 between May 2 and 3, 2024.
