One More Week to Apply to Serve on City Committees
There is one more week to apply to serve on a City of Owen Sound Committee. There are many vacancies to fill, and all applications will be considered. Being on a City Committee provides members of the public with the opportunity to develop leadership skills, meet new people, and be part of the decision-making process.
The City of Owen Sound considers volunteers to be one of its most valued community resources. City Council invites persons wishing to serve as a member on a committee to submit an application to the Deputy Clerk. Application forms are due Friday, November 17 and are available on the City’s website at www.owensound.ca/committeevacancies or at the Service Owen Sound counter in City Hall.
