Key Deposit : Key must be picked up prior to rental, Deposit is refundable upon return of key, Key should be returned the next working day.
Firewood : Wood is available for use in the fireplace, Make sure fire is completely out before leaving hall.
- Fire regulations allow 100 people only.

- NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED.
- Building must be vacated at end of rental, and NO LATER THAN 11:00 P.M.
- Please leave the hall clean — garbage bags are there for easy cleanup and removal of trash.

- there are NO utensils, cloths, soap, etc.
A full refund less administration fee will be issued of the facility booking is cancelled a minimum of 6 months in advance, or if the facility is rebooked by another party.
Refunds will NOT be issued for cancellations made less than 6 months prior to date booked unless the facility is rebooked by another party.
