Location: 1155 1st Ave. West is the old CN train station, the home of Owen Sound Tourism and the Marine and Rail Museum. The excursions depart from the nearby West Harbour wall. There is free parking available on site. Additional parking available on weekends, holidays, and evenings at the Owen Sound Medical Building, corner of 1st Avenue West and 14th Street West.

Please note: we recommend purchasing tickets in advance. For any excursions which have not sold out in advance, rush tickets will be available at Owen Sound Tourism, 1155 1st Ave. West, on each day for the excursions that day. For rush tickets: cash or credit only (no debit) and must be purchased in person at least 45 minutes prior to departure time.
Cancellations: excursions are a "rain or shine" activity so please dress accordingly. In the event of heavy weather (i.e. driving winds, heavy rainfall), excursions may be cancelled at the call of the ship's captain a minimum of 30 minutes before departure time. If this occurs, we will make every effort to accommodate passengers on an excursion at a later time; otherwise passengers will be entitled to a full refund (must be claimed from the place of purchase no later than July 2, 2014). No refunds or exchanges except in the event of cancellation by the event organizer or ship's captain.
