Library Board Appointments, 2010
At the Annual Meeting of the Board of the Owen Sound & North Grey Union Public Library, held Thursday, February 25th 2010 the Library Board approved the 2009 Annual Report as presented by Chief Librarian/CEO Judy Armstrong, and former educator Doug Cumming (City-appointed representative) was re-elected for his 4th year as Chair of the Library Board.
