Zoning Facts and Figures

• Zoning is the industrial park is (M2-), a general industrial zone permitting the broadest range of manufacturing and industrial uses.
• Lands around the edge of the industrial park are zoned (M1-) which permit a light industrial zone. Industrial uses that have off-site impacts are discouraged.
• Lot coverage of 60% to 80% is possible depending on zoning and site layout.
• Specific by-laws provide guidance for minimum lot sizes, building setbacks and parking requirements to which all development must comply.
